First grader Jessica Liu from Livingston, NJ, and sixth grader Xufeng Zou, from East Brunswick, NJ, won top honors for their artwork that demonstrate that everyone who uses the roads has a role to play in safety. This includes large trucks and buses, cars, bicyclists and pedestrians. The two winners were joined by 10 other talented students who were also recognized for their participation in the contest.
