FMCSA Contact Center

The FMCSA Contact Center provides customer service for anything related to FMCSA safety and operating authority registration, including USDOT and Motor Carrier (MC) Docket Numbers (licensing and insurance) related to motor carriers, brokers, freight forwarders, and cargo tank facilities. The Contact Center provides support for USDOT PIN numbers and access to the FMCSA Portal support as well as answers driver medical fitness inquiries.

Additionally, the Contact Center provides assistance with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse program and the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, as well as other Medical program questions.
