Can a substance abuse professional (SAP) modify or delete return-to-duty (RTD) information he/she has reported?

Guidance: 

At this time, the system does not support the ability for a SAP to make changes to reported RTD information. If the SAP has entered information in error, this should be reported to FMCSA as soon as possible.
