Drug Testing Laboratories

Drug testing laboratories must be certified by the Department of Health and Human Services. These laboratories receive, analyze and report laboratory confirmed results only to MROs. Regulations concerning drug testing laboratories are found in 49 CFR Part 40 Subpart F, Subpart Q and Subpart R and Appendices A, B and C.
