Urine collectors collect specimens using Part 40 procedures, ship the specimens to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) certified laboratories for analysis, and distribute copies of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) to the laboratory, medical review officer, employer, and employee in a timely and confidential manner.
