The Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse is a secure online database for commercial driver drug and alcohol program violations. It includes drivers with commercial driver’s licenses (CDLs) and commercial learner’s permits (CLPs) who have violated FMCSA’s Drug and Alcohol use and testing regulations. Registered drivers can access their own records at no cost.
