Form OP-1(MX) Application to Register Mexican Carriers for Motor Carrier Authority to Operate Beyond U.S. Municipalities and Commercial Zones on the U.S.-Mexico Border

FMCSA will reject a Form OP-1(MX) application from Mexico-domiciled motor carrier that currently has a Conditional or Unsatisfactory safety rating issued from the USDOT. Applicants should be advised that FMCSA does not refund application fees.
