Medical Review Board (MRB) Meeting Topics
Meeting Topic
The Medical Review Board (MRB) meets at least three times each fiscal year. Meetings are open to the general public as practicable, except as provided under the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Interested persons are permitted to attend, appear before, or file statements with the MRB.
The MRB considers a variety of topics over the course of a year. Topics include medical conditions that affect a driver's ability to operate a commercial motor vehicle safely, medico-legal aspects of commercial driving, and the impact of new technologies on driver safety.
The following topics have been considered by the MRB or are under consideration to be addressed at upcoming MRB meetings:
