Question: Does the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) rule require that the driver have editing capabilities?

Guidance: Yes, the ELD must allow the driver to review, edit, and annotate their ELD records to account for errors and omissions, as specified in sections 4.3.2.8 of 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, Appendix A
