For crashes occurring on or after December 1, 2024, this document is an aid to help submitter determine if their crash is eligible for the Crash Preventability Determination Program. For eligibility requirements for crashes occurring prior to December 1, 2024, click here.

Due to a high volume of submissions to the Crash Preventability Determination Program, requests for data review (RDRs) are taking an average of 90 days to process.
