Since in-person capacity is limited, we will only accept a maximum of two (2) representatives from the same company or affiliation. Participation of current USDOT employees, contractors or subcontractors is subject to availability.

For in-person attendance consideration, please send an email to newregsys@dot.gov with the following information (all fields are mandatory):

Once cleared by the FMCSA Security Office, all information given by participants will be destroyed.

Our FMCSA Security Team may not let you into the building, even if you are registered and confirmed if:

  1. You are not able to provide valid state or federal documents to prove your identity. No exceptions will be made.
  2. You have luggage with you.
  3. A prohibited item is found during the screening process.
  4. Disturbance is created inside or on the premises of the building.

Registration: Virtual Participation

For those joining the meeting virtually, registration must be completed by 11:49 pm ET, Oct. 14. Please register here to receive a unique Zoom dial-in link. We discourage attendees from sharing their unique link once confirmation is received via email. If that link is shared, all recipients utilizing that link will be dropped from the meeting.
