The Waivers, Exemptions, and Pilot Programs FY 2021 Annual Report to Congress

Pursuant to section 32913 of MAP-21, the Secretary of Transportation must submit an annual report to Congress listing the waivers, exemptions, and pilot programs granted under section 31315 and any impacts on safety (49 U.S.C. 31315(e)). This report covers Fiscal Year 2021 waivers, exemptions, and pilot programs granted by FMCSA.
