The Waivers, Exemptions, and Pilot Programs FY 2014 Annual Report to Congress

Section 32913 of MAP 21 requires the Secretary of Transportation to submit an annual report to the Congress listing the waivers, exemptions, and pilot programs granted under section 31315 of title 49, United States Code and any impacts on safety associated with the regulatory relief provided.  This report is the second submission to Congress on waivers, exemptions, and pilot programs granted by FMCSA and covers Fiscal Year 2014.
