The Safety Data Improvement Program 2015-2016 Biennial Report to Congress

Pursuant to section 4128 of SAFETEA-LU, the report summarizes Federal and State activities under way to improve the collection and reporting of State motor carrier crash and inspection data with the primary goal of improving motor carrier safety for the years 2015 and 2016.
