The New Entrant Safety Review Report to Congress

The New Entrant Safety Review report is required by section 5304 of the FAST Act.  The U.S. Department of Transportation conducted an assessment of the new entrant safety review program, and the enclosed report conveys the results of the assessment conducted and recommendations for improving the program’s effectiveness.
