The report to Congress presents FMCSA's corrective action plan for addressing the six recommendations made by the National Research Council of the National Academy of Sciences’ study of FMCSA’s Compliance, Safety, Accountability program and Safety Measurement System.  This report is required by section 5221(d) of the FAST Act.
