As required under section 31102(e) of Title 49, United States Code, the Fiscal Year 2012 annual report presents an overview of MCSAP’s basic and incentive grants, describes activities funded by the grants, assesses the effectiveness of key MCSAP activities, and evaluates safety trends in the United States.
