The Joint Explanatory Statement of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Pub. L. 116‐260, Division L), requested FMCSA to report on the spending plan for the Large Truck Crash Causal Factors Study (LTCCFS) and to update the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations about its progress and study findings. The letter report contains the requested information.
