The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s (FMCSA) Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) Formula Working Group held a web-based conference call on August 11-12, 2016, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Thomas Liberatore, FMCSA Chief, State Programs Division and Designated Federal Officer (DFO), called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
