This is the accepted Final Commercial Vehicle Safety Plan for FY 2020 submitted by Alabama for the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program.  In order to qualify for grant funding under MCSAP, each State lead agency must submit a CVSP in which the State agrees to assume responsibility for improving commercial vehicle safety within the State.
