Pursuant to SEC. 5106(a)(6) of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation (FAST) Act, the Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) hereby posts the final allocation formula recommendation of the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) Formula Working Group as presented to the Secretary of Transportation. The FMCSA will be publishing a public notice in the near future which allows for comments on the newly proposed MCSAP allocation formula.
