Motor Carrier Registration Letter Report to Congress

Pursuant to section 5505 of the FAST Act, the letter report describes the actions the FMCSA is taking to ensure, to the greatest extent practicable, that each application for registration under section 13902 of title 49, United States Code, is processed not later than 30 days after receipt.
