FMCSA Declares Nevada Truck Driver to be an Imminent Hazard

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Nevada-licensed commercial driver Julio Perea Ayala to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce.  Ayala was served the federal order on March 26, 2021.

FMCSA Declares California Truck Driver to be an Imminent Hazard

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared California-licensed commercial driver Daniel Tobon, a/k/a Daniel Moran, a/k/a Daniel Tabon, to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce.  Tobon was served the federal order on March 9, 2021.

FMCSA Declares Alabama Motor Carrier, Truck Driver, to be Imminent Hazards to Public Safety

FMCSA Declares Minnesota Truck Driver to be an Imminent Hazard

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Minnesota-licensed commercial driver Jordan Andrew Bane to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce.  Bane was served the federal order on March 5, 2021.

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Ohio-licensed commercial driver Travis Lee Tolliver to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce.  Tolliver was served the federal order on March 5, 2021.
