Removal of Operating Prohibition for Commercial Drivers with Insulin Treated Diabetes Mellitus - United States
This letter represents an amendment to the 1998 U.S.-Canada Medical Reciprocity Agreement and formalizes the removal of the prohibition for cross-border transportation by commercial drivers with Insulin Treated Diabetes Mellitus effective Sept. 24, 2019.
