Overview

The Governor of the State of Arkansas, acting under Act 511 of 1973, as amended, declared that a state of emergency exists in the State of Arkansas insofar as applied to utility company work trucks and trucks delivering repair materials to the utilities, and said state of emergency and the provisions of this proclamation shall exist and remain in effect until such time as emergency conditions shall cease to exist.
