Overview

FMCSA allows for the use of credit cards to pay civil penalties addressed in a Notice of Claim (NOC) to a Respondent. A Respondent is either a motor carrier, driver, shipper, freight forwarder or broker. In order to ensure that your payment is properly credited, it is essential that you complete all forms completely.
