Pursuant to section 4128 of the Safe, Accountable, Flexible, Efficient Transportation Equity Act:  A Legacy for Users (P.L. 109-59), the Safety Data Improvement Program 2013-2014 Biennial Report summarizes Federal and State activities underway to improve the collection and reporting of State motor carrier crash and inspection data with the primary goal of improving motor carrier safety.
