Pursuant to section 32934 of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21^st Century Act, the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation is required to conduct a safety study focused on covered farm vehicles and to submit a report to Congress.  The report describes the safety study’s methodology and summary of findings including number of vehicles and drivers, inspection rates, crash rates, injury and fatality rates, and State laws at variance.
