Large Truck Crash Causal Factors Study Spend Plan Report to Congress - 2021

The Joint Explanatory Statement of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Pub. L. 116‐260, Division L), requested the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) to report on the spending plan for the Large Truck Crash Causal Factors Study (LTCCFS) and to update the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations about its progress and study findings. The attached letter contains the requested information. FMCSA is still determining the estimated cost breakdown by year as the study plan is finalized.
