This is the accepted Commercial Vehicle Safety Plan for FY 2019 submitted by Mississippi for the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program.  In order to qualify for grant funding under MCSAP, each State lead agency must submit a CVSP in which the State agrees to assume responsibility for improving commercial vehicle safety within the State.
