If the HHG mover increases the agreed price after your HHG are loaded on the truck, you are not required to pay more than 100% of the binding estimate or 110% of the non-binding estimate. However, the HHG mover may require payment at delivery for impracticable operations (as defined in the HHG mover’s tariff) not to exceed 15 percent of all other charges due at delivery.
