FMCSA Declares Idaho Truck Driver to be an Imminent Hazard

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Idaho-licensed commercial driver Shane R. Warr to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in intrastate or interstate commerce.  Warr was served the federal order on February 8, 2021.

FMCSA Declares Montana Motor Carrier Operations to be an Imminent Hazard to Public Safety
