FMCSA Declares South Dakota Motor Carrier, Owner/Truck Driver, to be Imminent Hazards to Public Safety
WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Rapid City, South Dakota-based trucking company Hall Trucking, USDOT No. 2788301, to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered the carrier to immediately cease all interstate and intrastate operations.

Kholmurodov to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle (CMV) in interstate commerce. Kholmurodov was served the federal order on September 21, 2021.

FMCSA Awards More Than $76 Million in Grants to Improve Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety
WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) today announced that it has awarded more than $76 million in grants to states and educational institutions to enhance commercial motor vehicle (CMV) safety. All 50 states, the District of Columbia, plus the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are slated to receive federal funds.

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Jean Lafortune, Jr., of North Carolina to be an imminent hazard to public safety and has ordered him not to operate any commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce. Lafortune was served the federal order on July 22, 2021.
