Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) announced the launch of the Women of Trucking Advisory Board (WOTAB) to recruit, support, and ensure the safety of women commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers and the trucking industry at large. 

FMCSA Declares Texas Motor Carrier to be an Imminent Hazard to Public Safety

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Koboat Trucking LLC, USDOT No. 3273682, a Houston-based motor carrier, to be an “imminent hazard” to public safety and ordered the motor carrier to immediately cease all interstate and intrastate operations.  The motor carrier was served the Federal order on March 4, 2022.

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Texas-licensed commercial vehicle driver Christopher M. Savannah to be an “imminent hazard” to public safety and ordered him to immediately cease operating any commercial motor vehicle (“CMV”) in interstate commerce.  Mr. Savannah was served the Federal order on February 17, 2022.

FMCSA Declares Mexican-Licensed Driver an Imminent Hazard to Public Safety

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has declared Mexican-licensed commercial driver (Licencia Federal de Conductor (“LF”)) J. Rafael Arizaga-Tapia a/k/a Nibardo Andrade-Mendoza to be an “imminent hazard” to public safety and ordered him to immediately cease operating any commercial motor vehicle (“CMV”) in interstate commerce in the United States.  Arizaga-Tapia was served the Federal order on February 4, 2022.
