The Kansas Division of Vehicles, Commercial Motor Vehicle Division, does hereby authorize a temporary waiver of the International Registration Plan requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles traveling in and through Kansas to provide disaster relief from the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
As a result of the emergency, the trip permit requirements set forth by the International Registration Plan (IRP) have been suspended for motor carriers transporting products in association with disaster assistance.
