Connecticut Declaration of Emergency pertaining to Severe Winter Weather
Declaration of Civil Preparedness Emergency
Due to the severe winter weather conditions predicted to affect the State, specifically the National Weather Service issuance of blizzard warnings for all of Connecticut with forecasted significant snowfall and strong winds, I am hereby proclaiming a state of civil preparedness emergency, pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes Section 28-9.
I am filing this proclamation with you under my hand and seal on this 26th day of January, 2015.
