This course will provide new instructors with the knowledge and skills to deliver effective NTC training.
The course is designed to prepare participants to teach on behalf of the National Training Center and will focus on: • Approved methodologies and techniques. • Course delivery with emphasis on uniformity, integrity and quality of instruction. • The five steps in the ISD system • Behavioral learning outcomes • Forms of interactivity and positive interpersonal skills • Training techniques • Three styles of learning • Application of adult learning through recorded training sessions.
Upon completion of the course, candidates must complete the following requirements: Pass a Field Evaluation by a Master Instructor • Each calendar year instructors are required to deliver a minimum of two (2) NTC course administrations and participate in all mandatory Instructor training, webinar, and development activities • Preceding Two Calendars Years instructors shall not receive Documentable negative Feedback higher than 25%, receive a passing score on most recent field evaluation, successfully complete an Instructor Qualification Exam for each certified NTC course, and participate in a minimum of two continuing development activities..
