The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) is the grant announcement and solicitation for applications for federal grant funds. Please review the NOFA thoroughly as it provides information on how to apply for MCSAP Basic and Incentive grant funds. National Priorities for FY 2014 are outlined and a reference document for required forms is included in the NOFA. The grant announcement will be posted at http://www.grants.gov.

Note: FMCSA will not issue a Planning Memorandum in FY 2014 - priorities are outlined in the NOFA.

Fiscal Year 2014 - Grant Application and Forms

All Commercial Vehicle Safety Plans (CVSP) and other required FMCSA documents must be filed electronically along with Office of Management and Budget approved grant forms SF-424, SF-424A and SF-424B through http://www.grants.gov. Please reference the grants.gov opportunity announcement for additional application instructions and requirements. The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number for the MCSAP is 20.218.
