Fiscal Year 2012 Grant Application                                 

All Commercial Vehicle Safety Plans (CVSP) must be filed electronically with Office of Management and Budget approved grant forms SF-424, SF-424A and SF-424B through http://www.grants.gov. Please reference the grants.gov opportunity announcement for additional application requirements.

Note: The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) number for the MCSAP is 20.218.

• States must include a State Certification (350.211) with their CVSP [DOC]
• The State Training Plan is no longer required. Classes may be scheduled online with the National Training Center (NTC). – NTC Login
• Recommended templates:
