Figure 3-9 shows the screen that is activated when the "Hazmat" tab is selected. The statement, "Hazardous Material Information (multiple entries permitted)," is followed by a field labeled "UN Number." To the right of that field is a button labeled "Add Hazardous Material." The next four fields and one checkbox are labeled "Hazardous Material," "Quantity Shipped," "Spill?," "Quantity Spilled," and "Units." The statement, "Packaging Information (multiple entries permitted)," is followed by six tabs: "Package," "Actions," "Objects," "How," "Area," and "What." The "Package" screen is composed of eight fields: "Packaging Type," "Manufacturer," Package Manufacturing Date," "Package Inspection Date," "Number Failed," "Number Shipped," "Rollover Protection?," and "Protection Type." Buttons for navigating among the records for packages, hazardous materials, and vehicles are located at the bottom of the screen.
