Figure 3-6 shows the screen that is activated when the "Vehicles Involved" tab is selected. The statement, "Vehicle Information (multiple entries permitted)," is followed by five tabs: "Vehicle," "Carrier," "Driver(s)," "Hazmat," and "Fire/Explosion." Fourteen fields and one checkbox compose the "Vehicle" screen: "Vehicle Number," "Vehicle," "Configuration," "Impact Location," "Obstructed Vision," "Cargo Body Type," "Vehicle Speed (in miles per hour)," "Vehicle Gross Weight (in pounds)," "Number of Axles," "Vehicle has a Trailer?," Trailer Length (in feet)," Trailer Width (in feet)," "Number of Axles on the Trailer," "Notes," and "Non-Hazmat Cargo." Buttons for navigating among the records for vehicles are located below the last field, and other navigational buttons are located at the bottom of the screen. The "Incident Reports" tabs shown in Figure 3-2 are included at the top of the screen.
