Figure 3-4 shows the screen that is activated when the "Incident Details" tab is selected. Seven general fields are labeled "Cause of Incident," "First Harmful Event," "Vehicles Involved," "Event Details," "Road Condition," "Weather Condition," and "Light Condition." Six fields pertaining to citations issued are labeled "Issued To," "Charges," "Issued By," "Penalties," and "Status of Charge." The "Incident Reports" tabs shown in Figure 3-2 are included at the top of the screen, but no navigational buttons appear at the bottom.
