Figure 3-3 shows the screen that is activated when the "Location" tab is selected. The request, "Please specify the location of the incident/accident," is followed by 14 fields and one checkbox: "State," "County," "Place," "Road Type," "Divided/Limited Access," "Road Surface," "Number of Lanes," "Posted Speed," "Trafficway," "Latitude (degree)," "Longitude (degree)," "Specific Location," "Highway/Road/Street," "Land Use," and "Community." The "Incident Reports" tabs and navigational buttons shown in Figure 3-2 are included at the top and bottom of the screen, respectively.
