Figure 3-14 shows the screen that is activated when the "What" tab is selected. The phrase, "What failed on packages," is followed by eight checkboxes in two columns. In the left-hand column they are labeled "Basic Package Material," "Fitting/Valve," "Closure," "Chime," and "Weld/Seam." In the right-hand column they are labeled "Hose/Piping," "Inner Liner," and "Other." A field labeled "Specify" is located below the right-hand column. The "Packaging Information" tabs shown in Figure 3-9 are located at the top of the screen.
