Figure 3-11 shows the screen that is activated when the "Objects" tab is selected. The phrase, "Objects causing failure," is followed by nine checkboxes in two columns. In the left-hand column they are labeled "Other Freight," "Forklift," "Nail/Protrusion," "Other Transport Vehicle," "Water/Other Liquid," and "Ground/Floor Roadway." In the right-hand column they are labeled "Roadside Obstacle," "None," and "Other." A field labeled "Specify" is located below the right-hand column. The "Packaging Information" tabs shown in Figure 3-9 are located at the top of the screen.
