Figure 3-1

Figure 3-1 shows the starting screen in the main database for entering information about serious HM truck crashes. Four buttons in the left-hand column are labeled "Incident Notification," "UN Numbers," "Commodities," and "Packages." Three buttons in the right-hand column are labeled "DOT Numbers," "Agencies," and "Accident Records Status." Pressing these buttons initiates specific data entry for a crash. An "Exit" button is located in the upper right-hand corner.
