I submitted my application for a name change and paid the fee online, but my company profile information still is not changed.

A name change application submitted online is evaluated by an FMCSA agent for completeness, accuracy and compliance with regulations. Data on the company record will be changed after the evaluation is completed. This process takes around 14 business days. When a carrier submits a name change request online, they must also submit any required supporting documentation separately, via fax to 202-366-3477.
