The Untethered Trailer Tracking (UTT) Pilot Test was sponsored by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) Technology Division. Managed by Ms. Amy Houser of FMCSA, the UTT Pilot Test included multiple developmental and operational phases.
