Bus/Motorcoach Passenger Safety Information

  Print this page Print

As part of the U.S. Department of Transportation, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is the bus and truck safety Agency for interstate travel. One of our missions is to reduce roadway injuries and fatalities involving motorcoaches. We issue, administer, and enforce FMCSA regulations and commercial regulations that apply to commercial motor vehicles.

Bus/motorcoach passengers and operators may use the links to rules, guides, brochures, and other materials below to learn how to better ensure safe trips.
