The forum will take place on Tuesday, January 15, 2008, from 8 a.m. until noon, in Virginia rooms B&C at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC in conjunction with the Transportation Research Board's (TRB) 87th Annual Meeting.
