Target Audience: Hazardous Material Specialists, State and Federal Compliance Review personnel.
Description: The course is designed to provide the Hazardous Materials Specialists and Safety Investigators with sufficient knowledge to regulate and make recommendations to the motor carriers regarding the hazardous material safety permitting requirements.
Objective: The provide Hazardous Material Specialist and Safety Investigators with the information needed to adminsiter the program and to assist them in completion of Compliance Reviews on Motor Carriers who are required to comply with the hazardous material permitting regulations.
